Quality control is an integral part of the philosophy wherein continuous evaluation of processes and techniques are done to detect, reduce and correct deficiencies. The Group adheres to stringent quality standards and has received the following certifications:

W2H will strive towards getting its laboratories accredited by CAP which is one of the leading global organization of board-certified pathologists. To ensure that excellence in quality is maintained, the Group employees regularly undertake NABL and other relevant trainings.

W2H uses state of the art equipment alongside the latest and most accepted techniques and technologies to perform the diagnostic tests. All samples collected are electronically bar-coded and can be monitored through central software which helps to track specimens Services Details.

W2H seeks to deliver the highest level of service to the customers and have introduced facilities such as, Utilizing short message service (SMS) text communication to provide information to the customers regarding test requisitioning and reporting, web-based reporting of test results and a centralized customer service call centre. Consultation regarding tests with in-house experts, including medical staff and qualified doctors.

Test reports can be collected physically at each centre and are also emailed to the respective patient thereby providing the comfort of doorstep delivery. Specimens are disposed off through a waste management system as authorized by the relevant local municipal corporation and in accordance with applicable environment, human health and safety laws.
